Job Summary
Develop and maintain risk governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies that support effective oversight and regulatory compliance across the enterprise and Combined U.S. Operations. Lead implementation of governance requirements, conduct analysis to identify emerging risks, and provide advisory support on governance policies and practices. Monitor governance effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and dashboards while researching regulatory trends to recommend framework enhancements. Support regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation activities, and develop tools, training, and documentation to promote consistent application of governance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across three lines of defense to drive alignment and transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 5-7 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, audit, internal controls, regulatory management, or related disciplines
- Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, or overseeing governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, or oversight programs
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, regulatory expectations, and internal control principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and exercise sound judgment in a complex environment
