Job Summary
Design and document controls that are efficient and effective to support compliance with obligations; develop and execute a control testing plan across the business to provide assurance on the design and operating effectiveness of the control environment; support risk and compliance activities, including risk deep dives, outsourcing risk assessments, and reporting to risk forums and governance bodies; provide insights to drive better management of risks, controls and obligations; embed initiatives for sustainable risk management practices; deliver risk, compliance, and controls training; maintain quality documentation in the GRC system; monitor risk profiles, incidents, issues, and KPI/KRI metrics; support regulatory changes and policy adherence; maintain business continuity readiness; act as a risk and controls SME to enable self-serve dashboards for risk tools; liaise with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and agile collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in relevant professional role and working across a fast paced, customer/client service oriented team environment and/or financial service industry
- experience in wealth management and processes of financial planning
- understanding of regulatory and compliance regime for financial services
