Job Summary
Lead engagement teams to plan and deliver risk advisory services engagements, overseeing the review, documentation, and evaluation of compliance, internal controls, and business process effectiveness. Analyze emerging trends in management, legal, and governance landscapes to help clients mitigate risks and leverage new opportunities. Build positive client relationships as a key point of contact while actively supporting business development through proposals and presentations. Manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-schedule delivery within budget, and monitor daily fieldwork progress to maintain high-quality client service. Review key deliverables and provide feedback to staff to ensure alignment with relevant standards, while developing methodologies for existing and new solutions. Mentor colleagues and demonstrate managerial skills in leading high-performing teams within a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related field
- Professional designation (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in risk advisory services or other related field
- Strong understanding of internal control environments and enterprise risk management frameworks
- Ability to diagnose project issues, build solutions, and draft impactful communications for clients
- Strong problem solving, leadership, and writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload based on priorities and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative organization and environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills for internal/external purposes
