Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country while ensuring sufficient data sharing for performance improvements. Create incentives and penalties to drive rider performance, prioritize safety and wellbeing, and ensure 3PL compliance to increase loyalty. Lead the entire rider lifecycle from onboarding to reboarding, design training programs, and conduct focused group discussions to address pain points. Groom rider quality, set up performance improvement plans for low performers, and reduce customer-originating complaints through documented SOPs and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong Excel and data management skills

- Preferably you gained 2+ years of work experience in high growth startups, tech companies, consulting or IB
