Job Summary
Review monthly work for complex clients, perform budget and profitability assessments, and handle more complex work assignments independently. Manage workloads and timelines while onboarding new clients and preparing presentations to build networks for revenue growth. Train and develop Senior Associates, assist with client billing, and prepare consulting-level tasks and projects. Ensure quality of work and client service while contributing to firm projects that increase productivity and revenue. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related field
- Prior financial statement preparation and review experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
- Possess strong Leadership skills
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work on many task/projects
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to think critically
- Possess strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience supervising a team
Desired Qualifications
- CPA candidate or CPA license preferred
- Consulting experience preferred
- Team and task management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
