Job Summary
Senior Manager, Executive Reward – Deals & Tax focus, leads advisory on management rewards and participation plans in M&A/transformation contexts for both public and private companies; designs incentive structures aligned with business plans, tax optimization, and cross-border considerations; collaborates with valuation, legal, and finance specialists; engages with Belastingdienst on rulings; communicates complex tax and compensation issues to clients in English and Dutch; works within a multidisciplinary PwC team to support negotiations and develop management incentive or investment plans; emphasizes senior-level advisory and client engagement across domestic and cross-border engagements; thrives in a team-based, high-performance environment with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Fiscaal Recht or Fiscale Economie
- Experience with management participations and incentive plans
- Ability to communicate with board members and executives in Dutch and English
