Job Summary
Lead and manage Revenue Operations and Order Management to drive accurate, efficient end-to-end order fulfillment and enable revenue growth. Own policy and data integrity, SLA-driven case/queue management, and continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and vendor/outsourced operations. Identify and champion automation and AI/ML opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across the order lifecycle; partner with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve order experience and policy clarity; develop and monitor operational metrics to inform decisions; lead change management for system implementations and process redesigns; define the long-term vision for Order Management and Quote-to-Cash aligned with Finance and GTM strategy. Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team with accountability and coaching; design and run case and queue management to meet SLAs; serve as escalation point for complex orders and policy approvals; establish SOPs, playbooks, and training with compliance to accounting policy and revenue recognition readiness; standardize reporting and share insights with executive leadership; scale operations for global growth, new product launches, and monetization models. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 5+ years in revenue operations with 2+ years in leadership, and deep knowledge of Order Management and CPQ/ERP/CRM systems. PinFlex-based role requires ~2 office visits per month; US-based applicants only; base salary range $98,561–$202,918 USD; eligible for equity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or similar team at a global organization
- 2+ years in leadership
- Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote-to-Cash operations
- Experience with CPQ, pricing, order orchestration, and revenue recognition
- ERP/CRM platforms and reporting tools
- Global people management experience
- Strong quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making
- Ability to lead change management and system implementations
- Ability to travel to office for collaboration ~2 times per month
- In-Office requirement to be in the office for in-person collaboration ~2 times/month
