Job Summary
Lead operational leadership of the Revenue Integrity department, managing hospital and physician services to ensure financial strength, compliance, and overall performance. Monitor and facilitate improvements in charge master maintenance, charge capture reconciliation, payment variance analytics, and regulatory adherence across all revenue cycle functions. Drive net revenue goal setting, process improvement, and tracking while overseeing data trending, KPI dashboards, vendor management, and revenue informatics development. Collaborate with Finance and Managed Care Contracting leaders to optimize pricing methodology and support strategic design of revenue cycle operations. Ensure effectiveness of policies, technology platforms, and professional development initiatives. Work harmoniously with staff across the organization, with performance measured by measurable results, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of relevant leadership experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Ten (10) years of experience in Finance or Revenue Cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong knowledge of health plan requirements
