Job Summary
Lead compliance and business-process-improvement efforts within healthcare managed services; develop and monitor compliance programs, conduct internal audits, close procedural gaps, document workflows, train teams, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, support international/regional regulatory compliance, and oversee change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, process improvement, or operations management, preferably in a managed services or healthcare setting
- Experience with multiple EMR/EPM platforms with a solid understanding of healthcare business workflows and operational guidelines
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) and/or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (CoPilot, PPT, Excel, etc), compliance tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
