Job Summary
Stays updated with the latest analytics trends and technologies to enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities. Oversees daily operations of the Analytics team, ensuring they have necessary resources and support. Sets clear, measurable goals for team members and drives accountability to achieve high performance. Maintains and updates reports, scorecards, and dashboards; monitors data quality and addresses discrepancies. Develops and delivers training materials for new Analytics products in collaboration with Training and Education Coordinators. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle and Finance leaders to align analytics with enterprise objectives and KPIs. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills to drive timely, budget-conscious deliverables. Utilizes SQL-based querying, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, QlikView, etc.) to model data, create visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related field
- 2+ years working knowledge of data querying techniques such as MSSQL, PSQL or similar
- 2+ years working knowledge of one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- 3+ years Revenue cycle experience or related
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred
- HFMA preferred
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) preferred
- 2+ years experience with data aggregation tools such as Snowflake or similar EDW
