Job Summary
Retail Manager is responsible for achieving retail sales, cost of sales and inventory goals and managing day-to-day operations of all company-owned retail stores; lead, direct, and manage all department operations; monitor tenant standards and administer landlord/tenant relations; organize and optimize staffing, scheduling, inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive guest satisfaction and profitability; oversee visual merchandising, supplier negotiations, and adherence to purchasing procedures while ensuring safety, sanitation, and security protocols across a high-volume retail environment; collaborate with tenants, vendors, and leadership to maintain budgeted P&L performance and deliver business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four years’ management experience in high-volume retail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; GED or High School degree required
- Experience with budget preparation and financial profit & loss analysis
- Knowledge of retail inventory process
- Proficiency communicating in English; bilingual preferred
