Manager, Retail Operations

Store Manager overviews day-to-day store operations including car wash and food service, driving store profitability, managing budget and expenses, controlling inventory and shrink, delivering customer service excellence, and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include workforce management and development—recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff; supervising hourly employees; post schedules; coaching and conducting performance evaluations; enforcing company policies.
