Lead onsite guest experience operations at Woodbine Racetrack and Woodbine Mohawk Park, directing guest relations and hospitality services through Supervisors and frontline staff; drive a high-quality customer experience during live racing and events, coordinate weekly operations meetings, schedule staff, manage guest interactions and incidents, and align with broader corporate initiatives in wagering, loyalty, and guest engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a similar environment
- 2 years leadership experience in Hospitality or Guest services
- Post secondary education in Business Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of POS terminals and financial reporting
- Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Advanced decision and problem solving skills
