Job Summary
Manager, Retail Assistant responsible for store operations in the manager's absence, supervising staff, ensuring customer and donor service, handling banking and cash deposits, preparing daily sales records, and enforcing company policies and loss-prevention measures. Duties include directing staff, interviewing applicants, maintaining personnel files, managing merchandise receiving/pricing/display, generating daily sales reports, ensuring store open/closure and safety procedures, and performing related administrative tasks to support performance against budget.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license.
