Job Summary
Oversees daily restaurant operations across outlets (restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service where applicable), supervises staff, assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and supports servers and hosts during peak periods. Focuses on maximizing guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance, determines training needs, and implements development plans. Leads and coaches the F&B team to maintain service quality, ensures compliance with food handling, sanitation, and liquor laws, and drives continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in related field; 4 years of experience in food & beverage/culinary or related area OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management/Hotel & Restaurant Management/Hospitality/Business Administration or related major with 2 years experience in food & beverage/culinary or related area
