Job Summary
Supervise front-of-house restaurant operations during all meal periods, managing new staff orientation, coaching existing team members, and ensuring food and service standards are maintained. Verify charge accuracy for members and guests, monitor beverage inventory levels, and oversee purchasing and receiving programs to control costs. Maintain payroll for the food and beverage department using Kronos timekeeping, create schedules, and manage overtime assignments to optimize labor. Ensure compliance with state liquor and sanitation laws, TPC brand standards, and R.A.M./TIPS alcohol regulations while inspecting facilities and cleaning schedules. Shifts are as necessary based on business levels; this role manages employees within the department at TPC Scottsdale, PGA TOUR's premier golf property in Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two to three additional years of hospitality management education or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of general business administration practices, state liquor and sanitation laws as applied to food and beverage service operational practices and procedures as would be acquired through at least four years of similar experience in progressively responsible positions
- Prior supervisory experience
