Manager-Respiratory Therapy - Mercy Saint Francis Full Time

Manage the Respiratory Care department by overseeing staff evaluations, developing personnel, and controlling the department budget for charges, supplies, and payroll. Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas while providing indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School, and Sleep Lab. Maintain current licensure within the state of practice and hold a Registered Therapist certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care. Requires five years of healthcare and/or leadership experience.
