Manager-Respiratory Therapy - Mercy Saint Francis Full Time

Manage the Respiratory Care department by overseeing staff evaluations, developing personnel, and controlling the budget for charges, supplies, and payroll. Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care for designated areas, including indirect oversight of Cardiac Rehab, Respiratory School, and Sleep Lab. Perform duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards. Requires a graduate degree from an accredited respiratory care program, current state licensure, five years of healthcare or leadership experience, and National Board of Respiratory Care certification. Full-time role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition support, and matched retirement for 32+ hour pay periods.
