Manager, Resource Planning & Scheduling

Job Summary
Oversee resource planning and scheduling, hire and supervise crew, set performance standards, review performance, and make compensation decisions within HR policies. Provide strategic direction to supervisors and crew on resource planning and scheduling, review unit forecasting and planning processes, and develop staffing strategies based on skillsets and workflows. Coordinate cross-unit resource sharing, report on utilization and service delivery, analyze data for trends, and advise on staffing improvements and contingency/disaster recovery planning. Lead process improvements across Vanguard departments, negotiate solutions to understaffing, and participate in special projects. Require five+ years of related experience with at least two years in operations; undergraduate degree or equivalent (graduate degree preferred); sponsorship not offered; hybrid work model in Malvern, PA.
