Job Summary
Supervise Team Leaders and Direct Support Professionals in assigned Community Homes, planning and directing overall service delivery in accordance with federal, state, and organizational standards. Maintain high levels of dependability, punctuality, and ongoing employee communications while fostering an atmosphere of optimism and warmth. Ensure participants have what is important to them present in their everyday life, including opportunities for social/community functions and protected relationships with friends and family. Treat individuals with dignity, respect, and the power to make decisions and have choice over their lives. Participate in developing company Strategic Plans as a management team member to fulfill organizational goals. Provide hands-on supports during staffing issues, call-offs, or increased demand, including on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above from an accredited college or university
- 1-year work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2 years' work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability
- Associate degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university
- 4 years' work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability
