MANAGER RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS - QIDP

Job Summary
Lead and manage teams delivering person centered care in residential settings for individuals with developmental disabilities, aligning talent and resources to support people we serve. Partner with operations, HR, quality and nursing to onboard, train, and mentor staff; ensure adherence to AbleLight procedures and applicable state/federal regulations; act as a resource for DSP/Lead DSP colleagues, people we support, and guardians; drive quality improvements, program leadership, and staff development; deliver person centered care, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate across departments to achieve operational results and a balanced scorecard. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within residential services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum federal educational requirements for a QIDP outlined in 42 CFR 483.430, and must provide documentation education: Degrees in Human Service Field Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, Registered Nurse, Occupational therapist, Occupational therapist assistant, Physical therapist: Physical therapist assistant, Psychologist, Social worker, Speech-language pathologist or audiologist, Professional recreation staff person, Professional dietician, Human services professional
- Experience: at least one year of experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities
