Job Summary
Manager role overseeing Research Specialists with focus on clinical research activities; requires strong critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a potentially high-stress environment. Responsibilities include supervising clinical research efforts, coordinating with nursing and clinical staff, ensuring protocol adherence, and maintaining quality patient- and family-centered care. Candidates should have RN license or foreign MD certificate (or equivalent) and possess at least three years of nursing and two years of clinical research experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- Two (2) years clinical research experience
- Proof of Graduation certificate for foreign trained MDs or equivalent clinical programs or Registered Nurse (RN)
