Job Summary
Manager overseeing clinical research and nursing-related studies. Requires strong communications, critical thinking, and decisive judgment with ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress environment. Qualifications include RN or foreign-trained MD, with three years nursing and two years clinical research experience; supervisory experience preferred. Responsible for coordinating study activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements, and leading a team to advance patient- and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- Two (2) years Clinical Research experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Proof of Graduation certificate for foreign trained MDs or equivalent clinical programs or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Foreign Medical doctor or equivalent relevant degree
