Job Summary
Manager - Research Specialists leads clinical research activities with nursing and clinical research experience, overseeing responsibilities in a high-stress healthcare environment. Requires critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. Qualifications include RN license or foreign medical degree (or equivalent) with at least three years nursing and two years clinical research experience.
