Job Summary
Manager overseeing a team of Research Specialists in a healthcare setting. Requires a background in nursing and clinical research, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and ability to perform under stress with minimal supervision. Prior supervisory experience is preferred; strong emphasis on patient- and family-centered care within Memorial Healthcare System. Certification or degree related to nursing or medicine (e.g., RN, foreign-trained MD, or equivalent) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years nursing experience
- Two (2) years Clinical Research experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Proof of Graduation certificate for foreign trained MDs or equivalent clinical programs or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Foreign Medical doctor or equivalent relevant degree
