Manager Research site

Manager Sites – oversee coordination and management of multiple research sites; ensure regulatory compliance; lead site staff; optimize operational efficiency; support successful execution of clinical trials and research projects. Requires leadership experience, ability to manage budgets and contracts, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include staff management, time and cost controls, site performance monitoring, feasibility input, capacity planning, patient recruitment, adherence to quality frameworks and regulatory guidelines (GCO, SOPS). Proficiency in clinical operations, data management, and process improvement; ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across functions. Educational background and 5+ years of relevant experience plus 1+ year of leadership responsibility are expected.
