Job Summary
Lead research operations by developing strategies to optimize expert recruitment, onboarding, and matching workflows across global industries. Manage the expert network lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy standards while automating routine tasks to enhance operational scalability. Direct a team of project coordinators through mentorship, training programs, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between IDR, clients, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, streamline complex requests, and secure new business opportunities. Track key performance indicators, conduct quality audits, and report trends to senior leadership to drive revenue growth and maintain high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in operations, client services, and business development roles
- Work Location: Onsite
- Timings: (9 AM – 6 PM) PH Time
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Employment Status: Probationary (up to 6 months), transitioning to Regular upon meeting performance criteria, as per DOLE standards
