Job Summary
Manager, Research & Development partnering with Sales to support product development and coordination across supply, regulatory, and customer needs. Leads formulation of new commercial applications, ensures supply reliability, and supports data-driven decisions. Works with Food & Beverage and potentially Pharma teams, monitors product availability, coordinates with planners/warehouses, handles customer inquiries, manages sales orders, tracks GM1 performance, develops technical training for the sales team, and guides laboratory activities to meet safety and regulatory requirements. Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, extensive R&D experience in food ingredients, broad knowledge across sweet & savory applications and multiple product categories, and strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Food Engineering/ Food Technology / Food Science
- Minimum 12 years experience in the food ingredients or raw material Research & Development
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience across multiple application areas including bakery, sauces, snacks, beverages, seasoning, meat systems
- Experience in product formulation and development in a lab environment
- Ability to train sales teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements for product designs
