Job Summary
Lead an analytics and reporting team to design, build, and deploy data capabilities for Sun Life Canada’s Group Retirement Services. You’ll liaison with key stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions, triage and guide a team of performance analysts, perform data discovery to identify anomalies, design effective visualizations to translate insights into client storytelling, and drive continuous improvement to automate and streamline processes while ensuring robust documentation and adherence to privacy and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience leading an analytical team
- 5+ years experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role
- 5+ years experience with AWS, Python or SQL
- 5+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field
