Job Summary
Oversee a large-scale slot gaming operation (up to 7,500 devices) as the Manager, Relief Floor Slots, acting as Manager-on-duty in the Slot Department. Responsible for supervising Slot Department staff, ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and internal policies, resolving guest and employee issues, investigating customer gaming disputes, coordinating communications across departments, maintaining staffing levels, and being on-call for investigations and operational concerns. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least three years of supervisory and Slot Operations experience; proficient with slot systems, ticketing, and slot accounting; strong communication and leadership skills; willingness to work in a casino environment with evening/weekend/holiday shifts and potential travel for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years of Slot Operations required
- Experience with slot system applications, including ticketing and slot accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point essential
