Job Summary
Release Manager for the enterprise Data Platforms within Corporate Functions Technology. Responsible for scheduling release activities, enabling interdepartmental collaboration for release execution, delivering regular high-quality releases following Agile methodologies, ensuring IT environments are properly governed and fit-for-purpose, providing support for development and production issues, engaging portfolio leads to ensure lifecycle alignment, coordinating continuous release planning, and administering logistics involving Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 - 8 years total software engineering experience
- 4+ years Release Management experience
- Experience in Agile and DevOps
- Azure DevOps skills
- Azure Fundamentals
- Git/Bitbucket
- Bash/Powershell scripting
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- ITIL knowledge
- Ability to manage environments (Test, Dev, Pre-prod, Prod)
- Stakeholder management across Internal Finance Accounting, Finance Actuarial, Corporate Functions Technology, Risk & Compliance, External Software Suppliers, External Consultants
