Job Summary
Lead and scale an AI-enabled Small Business / Scale Relationship Manager team. Hire, onboard, and coach Relationship Managers; develop reps into consultative sellers who can position AI-powered capabilities; ensure CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline, and rigorous deal inspection; own team revenue including renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing, and CS to translate evolving AI capabilities into clear customer value and narratives; drive high standards of performance, accountability, and customer focus while balancing near-term execution with long-term team health.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Sales Management experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a quota-carrying environment
- Experience managing and developing revenue-owning individual contributors
- Strong coaching and talent development skills, particularly with early-career sellers
- Demonstrated ability to forecast, inspect deals, and operate with rigor at scale
- Comfort leading teams through change in a fast-moving environment
