Job Summary
Grow and maintain a portfolio of deposit individual clients by building strong relationships, networking, and providing advisory solutions for commercial banking Cash Management. Proactively cross-sell commercial banking products and services while procuring new business through customer acquisition and managing existing accounts. Deliver sound financial advice and customized solutions aligned with bank standards, resolving complaints and issues efficiently. Work closely with Treasury and Operations Teams to ensure the portfolio meets revenue and volume projections, assessing and managing potential risks through customer due diligence in compliance with statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in field of Marketing, Business, Management or a similar field/ equivalent
- Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
- Experience as a relationship handling, in customer service, or a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- A background in customer service or sales is a plus
