Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients, coordinating Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group products and resources to maximize client value and profitability. Requires a First degree and extensive relationship-management experience in corporate banking, with a focus on driving profitability and building client relationships. Key competencies include customer understanding, product knowledge, and proficiency in relationship management and related systems.
Required Qualifications
- First degree in any field
- Minimum of Relationship management experience of at least 1-2 years in Corporate Banking
- Minimum of Relationship management experience of at least 1-2 years in Finance
- Minimum of Relationship management experience of at least 7-10 years in a commercial Bank
- Cognate experience in sales and relationship management of customers
- Behavioural Competencies: Generating Ideas, Examining Information, Thinking Positively, Taking Action, Seizing Opportunities
- Technical Competencies: Customer Understanding, Product Knowledge, Application and Submission Verification, Customer Acceptance and Review, Product Related Systems
