Job Summary
Analyze trading and customer account data to support daily operational activities for regulatory reporting, including responding to regulator and customer inquiries. Identify data anomalies and gaps to define solutions with product and operations teams, while performing acceptance testing for data quality. Explore and implement AI and machine learning solutions to automate, validate, and enhance reporting processes. Support data governance, quality control, and data mapping documentation across regulatory areas. This role requires a FINRA Series 7 license and proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and Python. The position is part of Fidelity's Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting group, ensuring the firm meets strict industry requirements for FINRA, SEC, and MSRB.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- FINRA Brokerage license Series 7 required within 6 months of hire
- Proficient with SQL
- Proficient with Oracle databases
- Proficient with Excel
- Proficient with other data visualization tools

Desired Qualifications
