Job Summary
Manager, Regulatory Compliance Reporting and Power BI Analytics leads complex compliance risk reporting, develops executive-level dashboards and presentations, and owns end-to-end QA reporting documentation to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements. The role defines team goals, fosters an inclusive high-performing environment, and drives the development of data reporting capabilities using Power BI. Responsibilities include validating QA controls across geographies, producing board-level insights, defining KPIs/KRIs, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and coordinating remediation with stakeholders. The candidate will have advanced Power BI expertise, strong data modeling and data extraction capabilities, and a background in regulatory/compliance programs to translate complex datasets into meaningful executive insights.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience within banking/audit/exposure preferred
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, regulatory compliance reporting, and risk management
- Advanced Power BI development and dashboard design
- Strong experience with risk aggregation and concentration risk reporting
- Proficiency with data modeling, SQL, Power Query, and large-scale data analysis
- Ability to create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and Power BI executive reports
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data Management, Technology)
- Experience creating and maintaining governance, documentation, and audit-ready reporting artifacts
