Job Summary
Regulatory-Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory tracking, advisory support, policy design, and reporting for a leading Philippine fintech (GCash/Mynt). Lead tracking of regulatory issuances, assess programs for gaps, advise internal stakeholders on product compliance, design and implement policies, manage regulatory reporting and audits, and drive continuous improvement alongside AVP. Expect responsibilities across oversight, advisory services, policy making, reporting management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions and effective compliance controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., BSP, AMLC, SEC)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software
