Job Summary
Regulatory Affairs Manager – Self-Care leading regulatory intelligence, policy development, and external advocacy for self-care products in the EMEA region; monitor EMA/HMA/CMDh and EU regulatory developments, shape regional regulatory positions, engage across the self-care ecosystem, and ensure internal alignment. Provide actionable regulatory insights to support decisions; collaborate with global/regional teams to ensure consistency; participate in trade associations and engage with authorities to promote science-based regulatory approaches; serve as regulatory partner to R&D, Medical, Safety, Quality, Marketing, Legal, Sustainability, and Commercial teams; drive capability building on evolving self-care regulations; requires relevant bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 10 years of regulatory affairs experience; fluent in English; hybrid roles based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France or Reading, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Law, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of regulatory affairs experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or self-care industry
