Job Summary
Provide independent regulatory advisory on product design, features, and marketing materials for business initiatives, system enhancements, AI use cases, and transformation programs. Interpret BNM, LIAM, and PIDM requirements to offer solutions-oriented recommendations while supporting annual regulatory and control self-assessments. Execute compliance monitoring reviews to identify control gaps, track remediation closures, and escalate material risks. Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions for Risk and Board Committees. Maintain governance documents and ensure timely, practical guidance that balances regulatory compliance with business enablement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, Compliance, Finance, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk management within insurance or financial services
- Strong familiarity with BNM regulations and compliance frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Governance is an added advantage
- Experience in data analytics would be a great advantage
