Job Summary
Develop and execute risk assessments of Customs and Trade compliance programs to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Collaborate with in-region Business Divisions, Compliance teams, and Legal teams to provide strategic and operational support for global trade management. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Customs and Trade compliance policies and procedures, while providing training on government laws and regulations. Proactively monitor, manage, and mitigate risks through stakeholder and business partner engagement. Assist with development and implementation of compliance strategies and goals aligned with company objectives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years' experience with trade compliance or a related field
- Knowledge of the markets, issues, regulations, practices and operations of international trade
- Knowledge of relationship and stakeholder management techniques
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems
- Understanding effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques

- Development and/or management of trade compliance processes
- Experience building, implementing, or enhancing compliance programs and operational controls in a multi-national business environment
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and develops innovative solutions to complex regulatory challenges
