Job Summary
Lead a region of at least 8 clubs in NH and Maine by driving revenue, profitability, and brand standards through P&L management and monthly business reviews. Execute workforce plans that ensure consistent staffing, implement targeted training programs, and manage succession planning while coaching leaders on conflict resolution and performance evaluations. Drive operational excellence via club surveys, oversee new location openings including capital expenses, and resolve member service complaints to demonstrate +1% customer service. Prioritize work through transparent quarterly calendars, lead change initiatives, and build cross-functional networks to support field needs. This field-based role requires 100% travel with some nights and weekends, and candidates must reside in NH, Maine, or Northeast MA.
