Manager, Regional Finance Reporting

Job Summary
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of Group financial statements and coordinate Bursa-listed reporting in a fast-paced Southeast Asia finance function. Manage intercompany eliminations and reconciliations, prepare group management packs and statutory reports, liaise with external auditors, strengthen internal controls, drive standardisation and automation of reporting templates, and support ERP and reporting-system enhancements. Develop dashboards and insights for decision-making, participate in budgeting/forecasting from a group perspective, and contribute to finance transformation and regional integration initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CA), 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit, and strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Bursa reporting; ERP experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit
- Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
- Experience dealing with Bursa-listed reporting requirements is advantageous
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is an advantage
