Job Summary
Own hands-on execution of KIPP's annual common assessment development roadmap within Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, building, updating, and duplicating assessments with high accuracy while troubleshooting system issues. Maintain auditing and validation processes to ensure high-quality data in downstream reporting, and execute beginning-of-year assessment readiness protocols including communications, training tracking, and window monitoring. Serve as the point of contact for regional staff, gathering feedback from regions, vendors, and national stakeholders to support coordinated execution and continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships for academic and non-academic partners, investigate data quality issues in submissions, and coordinate data-sharing requirements and staff access requests in compliance with privacy policies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated ownership of operational execution, process development, and data quality in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience with Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, including assessment builds, platform administration, and data management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, especially under tight timelines
- Experience developing operational documentation, including process guides, training materials, and system documentation
- Up to 5% (up to 10 days per year) travel
- Full time, Exempt
- Option of working from a remote office full-time
- KIPP Foundation offices in NYC and Chicago
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in K-12 education or adjacent roles working directly with school or district stakeholders
- Experience with assessment coordination or program management
- It is preferred, but not mandatory for this role to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office
