Job Summary
Lead a regional sales team of Customer Account Representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives, profitability targets, market share and product penetration for the Taro/Sun Canada units. Develop and execute regional business plans, coach and mentor staff, conduct performance appraisals, manage trade spends and budgets, organize sales meetings, participate in industry trade shows, and build strong internal and external relationships while adhering to corporate guidelines. Requires a university degree, 3-5 years of sales management experience, Rx/generic experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/French.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a University degree preferably in Science or Business (bachelor's degree desired)
- 3-5 years sales management experience required
- Generic Rx experience a significant asset
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
- Coaching, training and talent development skills
- Strong business acumen with strategic/analytical thinking
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Team player with ability to motivate a sales team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Demonstrated track record of achievement in prior sales roles
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
