Job Summary
Hands-on, working manager responsible for leading and developing a team of three Recruitment Operations Partners while directly contributing to high-impact recruiting operations and sourcing activities. Owns day-to-day recruiting operations for assigned business areas, oversees interview scheduling and candidate communications, supports candidate sourcing and pipeline development, and serves as escalation point for complex hiring activity. Drives continuous improvement across recruiting workflows, systems, and data (ATS/CRM data integrity, requisition lifecycle, analytics). Develops SOPs and playbooks; partners on recruiting technology enhancements; maintains stakeholder relationships and delivers services aligned to SLAs. Emphasizes confidentiality and professionalism in a radiology-focused, inclusive workplace. This role offers growth into senior recruitment operations or talent operations leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–7 years recruiting operations experience
- 1–3 years people leadership experience
