Job Summary
Oversee revenue recognition, accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and month-end close across all revenue streams in compliance with IFRS and Group policies. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for JWPL and subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to resolve queries and findings, while monitoring SOX compliance and internal control requirements. Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in Oracle Fusion to enhance ERP processes and analytics. Drive collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other stakeholders to resolve accounting matters. Lead and develop the R2R team of 3-4 members, ensuring clear accountability and continuous capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) or CA Finalist having complete articles from a reputable audit-firm
- 7-8 years of related work experience
- Telecom Industry experience
- Good working knowledge of Accounting (IFRS)
- Financial Reporting processes knowledge
- ERP (Oracle Fusion) knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Interpersonal and communications skills
- Teamwork & collaboration skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
