Job Summary
Direct a $100M+ annual lease spend with rigorous ROI analysis and oversee accurate disbursement processing to maintain a 100% non-default lease portfolio. Build an AI-led real estate management strategy by evaluating traditional practices and developing in-house features on Snowflake Cortex to automate lease administration and extract portfolio insights. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external brokers to coordinate leasing activity, while serving as the primary liaison between Snowflake, landlords, and legal counsel to manage negotiations and transactions. Lead strategic contractual governance by reviewing complex instruments and driving the project life cycle through lease execution. Monitor global transactional agility across international markets and resolve complex payment discrepancies to ensure a healthy ledger.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development or construction, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a global, multi-regional, or highly complex portfolio
- Extensive financial modeling expertise
- Proven, exceptional familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, lease abstraction, payment oversight, auditing and management, and financial reconciliation within a large-scale global portfolio
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- A working understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and their correlations and impacts
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building or piloting AI and automation solutions on a modern data platform such as Snowflake Cortex
- Experience executing real estate transactions across multiple international regions and tax regimes
- Familiarity with lease administration platforms and payment automation systems
- A track record of leading data cleanup or ledger remediation efforts at scale
