Job Summary
Manager, Real Estate leads and supports the Real Estate Department in commercial lease development and implementation. Works with tenants, vendors, contractors, internal departments, and external agencies; supervises Real Estate Analyst; assists Director of Real Estate in researching lease terms and transactions; prepares and edits complex real estate documents; manages tenant/vendor/property files; administers property management programs (NetSuite, Maximo); oversees tenant accounts with Finance; calculates lease-rate adjustments; conducts property inspections; formulates and manages department budget; performs financial analysis including rent rolls and budgets; ensures compliance with accounting principles and CPA policies; coordinates with Brevard County on tax receipts and licenses; prepares Commission agenda items; available for emergency recall when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of commercial real estate experience
- Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
- Must have experience with commercial real estate leases and working with commercial real estate tenants
- Proficient in the use and application of lease/property management software
- Proficient in basic accounting principles and analytics
- Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Able to secure a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

- Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days
