Manager, RCM Services

Manager, RCM Services overseeing the Billing department and Enrollment & Credentialing support within RethinkFirst. Responsible for managing and motivating a team of Customer Billing Advocates and A/R Specialists to meet operational goals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Lead day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management operations, supervise workloads and performance, serve as Billing subject-matter expert, identify process-improvement opportunities to enhance timelines and customer satisfaction, and address client escalations with timely coordination. Analyze denial trends from the denial management platform (DocVocate), implement long-term solutions to minimize denials and aging A/R, and make recommendations to leadership on operational improvements. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, CSM, and company leadership to ensure high service levels, train and develop staff, conduct QA audits, manage onboarding and implementation processes, and generate regular production and performance reports for management. Participate in hiring decisions, attend customer meetings, and contribute to special projects. Requires supervisory experience in insurance billing, strong communication skills, and experience with Kareo or Azalea; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Remote work is available for eligible U.S. states.
