Job Summary

Manage client satisfaction and retention, provide supervision to develop customer service representatives, and oversee general customer service and support to customers. Administer third-party vendor relationships and service levels to ensure quality customer service, monitor team performance against KPIs, conduct monthly 1-on-1 sessions with supervisors/customers, identify training needs, and coach staff. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to communicate effectively in English. Onsite role based in Noida with transport allowance or company transport and subsidized meals. A senior-manager level role focused on leadership, performance measurement, and operational objectives within US healthcare revenue cycle management.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in US Healthcare with minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the same Industry
  • Client Facing experience with strong people management skills
  • Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
  • Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
  • Expertise with MS Office
